1. About these terms

Welcome to Bube Ventures. These terms & conditions govern your use of this website and any enquiry you send to us through it. By browsing this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. We manufacture and sell liquid detergents, car wash products, and air fresheners directly to customers in Sierra Leone.

This website is a catalogue. It does not take payments or place orders on its own — every order is confirmed with you personally by WhatsApp, phone, or email before anything is agreed.

2. Our products

We do our best to show our products and their sizes accurately. Product photos are illustrative: the actual bottle, colour, or packaging may differ slightly from what is pictured, and the fragrance or formula may change from batch to batch.

Always use each product as directed on its label. Keep all cleaning products out of the reach of children, avoid contact with eyes, and rinse skin with plenty of water if irritation occurs.

3. Enquiries and ordering

You build an enquiry list on this website and send it to us on WhatsApp or by email. Your enquiry is an invitation to discuss an order, not a confirmed purchase. An order exists only when we confirm the products, quantities, and prices with you in a reply.

We may decline an enquiry — for example if a product is out of stock, if quantities are beyond what we can supply, or if delivery cannot be arranged to your location.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on this website are placeholders. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm with you in our reply, and it may depend on quantity, size, and delivery location. Payment is arranged directly with us — we never ask for card numbers or online payment on this website.

5. Delivery

We deliver locally and confirm delivery timing and any delivery fee with you when we respond to your enquiry. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

6. Returns and refunds

If a product reaches you damaged, leaking, or not as we confirmed it to you, contact us straight away and we will make it right — with a replacement or a refund.

Because our products are consumables, we cannot accept returns of opened or part-used bottles unless the product was faulty. Talk to us first before returning anything; we will always try to find a fair solution.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse this website or try to interfere with how it works.
• Do not send us enquiries containing false contact details or unlawful content.
• Content on this website, including text and images, belongs to Bube Ventures and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

8. Liability

This website is provided for information. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be complete, up to date, or free of interruptions. Our products are supplied under the confirmation we give you directly — that confirmation, and applicable law, governs any dispute about an order.
